Domestic Shipping 

Baby Titi offers FREE shipping anywhere in the United States and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

 

International Shipping 

Baby Titi offers flat rate shipping of $13.00 for all International Orders.  International orders generally take

10-15 business days in transit by USPS. Please allow additional time for customs processing. Express shipping options are not available to these territories.

Please Note: The recipient of this order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Return Policy

We accept returns for orders that originate from www.baby-titi.com or www.LittleHeroesShop.com only. You must contact customer service with your invoice # for an RMA form within 30 days of the date of receipt to qualify for a refund.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Once the return is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If you are exchanging a gift, we can issue store credit if that is preferred. 

• We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Warranty 

Baby Titi® warrants all products against defects. If you have a defective item that was purchased from an authorized vendor, please email us images, a detailed description of the defect, and your proof of purchase to info@littleheroesshop.com in order to receive a replacement.
